    Very professional the work is way ahead of schedule, the building inspector passed on the first try every time! Price for my ADU is very good, no complaints from me I’ll recommend them always!

    Only reason it is 1 star is because I cant rate it 0. Different inspectors have come out and requested extensive corrections for plumbing, electrical, and framing. In addition, because of the architectural plans not being adhered to, I have lost access to having gas in the ADU, have no radiant barrier in the roof, no kitchen island, Simpson LTP4 plates weren’t used in the framing. The concrete in the garage wasn’t sloped properly and holds water, the front yard was destroyed along with the driveway. Instead of removing the excess dirt that was dug up from the foundation grade, it was just spread around the backyard and will require later removal to leave a code required 4-inch gap between the top level of the dirt and the bottom of the finished stucco. The 2nd story subfloor has edge swells from when it was left uncovered in the rain after an extensive delay in construction. Also doesnt pay subcontractors and vendors

    Work is sloppy and unprofessional. Demand 80 percent money after completing 10 percent of work! And the work that’s complete.... is sloppy. They cut corners too. Nope would not recommend .
