Beware. They have failed to return a $6,000 deposit in violation of Illinois contract law which allows 10 days. All talk - Mike Floersch the salesman and Mike Gallagher(?) the "business" guy text false promises, yet have not returned the deposit. I am pursuing through the Illinois States Attorney.

The main reason why I hired this company is because they claim to be a minority women-owned business and, I like to support woman in business. This company however, falsely advertises who they claim to be!
I paid Gallagher Construction Group, Lisa Marie Jobbe, to replace my roof. I paid $10,000.00 him more than the required percentage as a down payment to begin the work on my home. After several phone call and e-mail, he also, bullied the customer when asking the question or through the e-mail when the job will begin the work! Instead, he stated that I had to pay him an additional $400.00 before he can start the job.
This Gallagher Construction Group are a fraud! Do Not Hire this company to do any work! They target people, take their money then the work never gets done! From my recent research, he has done this to other customers as well!
I hired an attorney! Hope he gets exactly what he deserves! He parked his sorry-looking, junky so-called business trailer at my home as if he was going to begin working. Throughout all our communication it became apparent. -

my first review was done after my work was completed it has not been a year since my work was done and i have at issues with the grout falling out they repaired a few spots and the repaired grout does not match.
Now i have more grout falling out i contacted them(also shared pictures ) starting on dec 27,2017 and as of today march 1st 2018 the issues have not been repaired and it one excuse after another why they have not come to fix it when i signed my contract with them i was given a 8 YEAR WARRANTY really thank god its only the grout what a mistake i made i should of stayed with the the little guys for this remodel but was afraid of them going out of business stupid me this remodel was not cheap over $18,000 .00 i should of realized something wasn't right when 3 i had different project managers because they either were fired or quit . now i have to pay someone else to come out and regrout my whole shower .

Signed a contract with Dan Gallagher of Tristan Construction to do siding work on my house in April 2018. In July 2018 he said he couldn’t do the job and would refund my 2500 deposit. It is now August 20 and I have not received my money. Is this a real company??
