    Tristan, the owner, is licensed and bonded, so you can be assured that the work will meet the highest standards. He recently completed a challenging repair on my 1930s apartment in Huntington Beach, which had seen better days. His attention to detail, extensive knowledge, and dedication truly stood out. I couldn’t be happier with the results.

    Rebuild our deck

    A few years ago we hired Tristan to rebuild our deck, which is located above living quarters in our Silverado home. Before we hired him I asked my brother in law, a contractor for almost fifty years, to have a conversation with Tristan about his methods and techniques, and about what materials he intended to use. My brother in law, John, was favorably impressed with the depth of Tristan's knowledge, and John's confidence was borne out in the quality of the job that Tristan did for us. He patiently explained the challenges involved in our project, and how he would address these challenges. We have been very pleased with the results that Tristan achieved for us, and appreciate that he has checked in with us several times in the last few years to make sure that we remain satisfied with the quality of his work.

    BUILDZOOM you need to take this company off of here. Tristan was brought in to do a large garage remodel and some finish work we had done when we hired Sunset Landscape Design. He took his first payment and then took off on a drug binge and was a no show with many excuses, such as "life got in the way" is why he couldn't make it. He refuses to pay our $10,000 back. We have ended the contract because we wish not to do business with someone that turned out to be a crook. HIS WORK CANNOT BE GOOD ENOUGH TO MAKE UP FOR THIS. Tristan and Lene pay us our money. They deserve no stars.

    Hired Tristan Novotny to do some concrete and drainage work. We knew we wanted more parking space and to detour water coming off the street and the mountain across from our home. Tristan came out three times to rework our bid. He was responsive, patient and professional. He started as planned and completed the job on schedule. He communicated with us on a regular basis and provided updates. The end product was exactly what we wanted and we are very pleased with his work.
