On September 17,2023 Sunday i wascontacted by a representative named Stewart phone number +1 914-372-1203 around 11am. I was told he got my contact info from another company i sub work from. He asked if I could gather 3 people and myself with a truck to perform a job requiring painting a large wall 30' x 90' and planting shrubs and a small tree. He sent- 7-Eleven - Loc # 25721
1925 Palm Bay Road NE
Palm Bay, FL 32905. I gathered my crew with promises of a great pay for 1 job. We almost got to the address when he texted me saying he gave me the wrong address and business name. It was actually Lazy dog 8019 W Irlo Bronson memorial Hwy kissimmee FL 34747....3 hours back the way we came.. we got to the lazy dog address and the manager cancelled out the job.. i was promised $4,000 upon completion. Stewart asked me to send an invoice as to the money i invested by paying my help $250.00 x three people plus fuel for 2 trucks. Roughly came to $1,200.00.. i sent the invoice and followed up. On 9/20/2023 i was contacted by a supervisor named Amen. Amen asked if I could work with him on the invoice for the wasted trip. I agreed on $650.00 sent through zelle and the lazy dog job if it becomes available.. i received a text message from amen bc i asked him for a confirmation number for payment. He said he was going to take care of it personally. Its been over a week and I have not heard anything and never received anything for payment. Im asking to be compensated for time and payments i made for a 6 hour road trip. Please help me with this.. i am a good technician and can close out jobs that nobody can close. Please do the right thing and help me recover just what I lost. The attached are screenshots of our whole conversation via text. I didn't hear anything from Mr amen after 9/21/2023.Thanks for your time
