Corner-cutters through and through. Poor quality of workmanship. These are not professionals. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company or its workers for any sort of construction work. These are a few guys who bought a truck, watched a few DIY YouTube videos, and paid the $50 fee to start an LLC in an attempt to legitimize themselves. Sadly, I fell for the trap when I contracted them to build a home in 2016 and am continuing to find issues that the owner himself, Patrick Qarana, fails to reconcile despite providing proof of his corner-cutting crew's poor work.
-Not securing electrical wiring or outlets. (Literally using a piece of wood to secure)
-Leaving cardboard under carpeting to cover gaps/holes.
-Foundation cracks on ceilings and walls within months of job completion.
On a good note, they did finish the job on time. Sadly, I cannot recommend due to the unprofessional quality of work. Maybe you'll have a better experience, but I simply can't do anything but associate Patrick Qarana with unprofessional poor quality work.
