It was a dream of our mom to have the kitchen renovated, but that dream didn't materialize due to her passing in March. To honor our mom, our dad wanted her dream to be fulfilled, so we looked for a remodeling company that we could trust with such a special project.
After reading through the reviews for Trivic Remodelers Inc., we contacted Ned for a consultation to renovate the kitchen, replace the flooring throughout the house to match the living room floor, and add canned lights to the living room. We decided to move forward with him because he was very personable and knowledgeable, and his estimate for the job was fair.
From the very start and throughout the entire renovation process, Ned was extremely involved and responsive. He was in constant communication with us to make sure we knew what was going on and with his team to make sure that everything was done right. He was flexible with any changes we had. He even went out of his way one night to help us fix an urgent water heater problem before out-of-town guests arrived the next morning. Everything he did for us shows that Ned is a good person with a big heart, and we are grateful to have him lead this project.
We were also impressed by the different experts that Ned brought on for the job. They were all kind, professional and efficient. Gustavo was on Ned's team and was at the house for the majority of the renovation. Not only did he do a good job with each project he worked on; he became a friend to our dad and family during a very difficult time.
The kitchen is beautiful, bright and open! It meant so much to us to have a new kitchen that is everything our mom would ever want, and we are so thankful to Ned and his team for making it a reality. We had a positive experience and are very satisfied. We highly recommend Trivic Remodelers Inc. and would love to work with Ned and his team on any future projects!
