Steven Benjamin Cook
New contracting company. After move in I realized that my house had several huge issues with the finish work (I.e. gouges in the wall texture, poor paint job, doors not shutting properly, door knobs not working, light switches in weird places, uneven floor and flooring coming apart. I’ve lived here for only eight months. After contacting them, Dallon (Steven partner) told me that the issues were all cosmetic and that he wouldn’t help me fix them?! I’m probably going to have to hire a lawyer to get things done. This is very unfortunate considering it’s the first house the have built and the first new build that I have ever bought! Not a great start for their reputation as a new business.
