Not sure how these guys have a 4.9 rating, this is EXTREMELY deceiving as my experience was an absolute mess from start to finish! Tron hired a 3rd party contractor to actually complete the work on my home – this crew was unprofessional, sloppy, & impaired under the influence of marijuana while working on my home! The worker had his pants pulled down with his rear end exposed the entire time he was at my home – not something I want to look at or have my wife and kids see when they look out the window, absolutely DISGUSTING! The crew arrived without proper supplies, and came back smelling like marijuana which I noticed immediately as soon as they returned and exited their van – I'm pretty sure they were actually smoking in my driveway when they got back!
They left my home with the job incomplete – I had to beg to have someone else from Tron actually come back to fix the rushed, poor & sloppy work that was done by the 3rd party crew. Which delayed the project even more, in order to have someone else re-work and fix the mistakes that were left by original crew – what a complete waste of time and resources (my time and money included!)
Customer Service is absolutely non-existent! Operations Manager was disinterested & nonchalant about my concerns after I addressed them with her. I was left ignored, without my issues being acknowledged or addressed...she was very rude and disinterested with all of the problems I brought to her attention. The only thing she and Tron care about, is getting paid for the a botched project that took WAY too long to complete (and actually remains incomplete to this day). Tron remains unapologetic and refused to accept any responsibility or make any sort of attempt to resolve this mess! Extremely disappointed and feel taken advantage of...this shouldn't happen to any home owner, there's simply NO EXCUSE!
I was grossly overcharged and I overpaid for a job that turned out to be executed by a cheap, sloppy & disorganized 3rd party crew. I could have just hired a random roofing contractor on my own if I would have known this was the case. And actually would have been better off, and saved A LOT OF MONEY! Tron did nothing to resolve any of the issues I experienced with this project. The crew rushed through the job, was careless & sloppy, and left my home looking WORSE than where it was before we started! Customer Service is non-existent here! I reached out several times to address these issues, and I was IGNORED! Tron only cares about getting paid, and once they do, it’s no longer their problem! The job was delayed and never fully complete, yet I keep getting harassed by their billing department – after nothing was done on their end to accommodate for any of the project issues, or any sort of accommodation or responsibility taken by Tron for ANY of this mess! What an absolute joke, there is NO EXCUSE for this type of negligence to occur, especially by a company that wants to be viewed as a credible and legitimate restoration company – something Tron clearly IS NOT! Don't waste your time or money with Tron, you will regret it!

Our Field Manager returned multiple times to your home to address your concerns, and he completed the job to your approval. However, you have not paid your balance due. You only paid a deposit. We did multiple repairs on your home, including your roof, porch roof, and additional flashing, all of which you have not paid for. We have tried contacting you multiple times and you do not answer calls/messages, or emails. We will continue to try to reach you to collect payment. -

I connected with Michelle at Tron Restoration to inquire about getting solar panels for a relative. We were so impressed by how fast they moved to get us the information and services we needed. She is professional, friendly, and made us feel well taken care of! We look forward to working with them again! They did a great job and all of our questions were answered every step of the way.

Just terrible. Called to get an estimate on our flat roof a tod they noticed storm damage to our siding. They contacted our insurance and hired a public adjuster to submit a claim. Insurance wouldn't cover the flat roof. After waiting for a month and numerous calls we were told that they were trying to get more money from the insurance company to do the siding. Apparently the adjuster they use doesn't know what's involved in doing siding.Two months later still no work was done. We decided to get a refund of the money the insurance did pay (which they sat on for a month) and that took another month to get. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!

When dealing with companies like this as a female your always leery that they are trying to pull the wool over your eyes. NOT WITH TRON!! The sales man was very professional and answered every question I had in detail!! He was always very courteous and professional and ALWAYS on time!! When I need anything else done I now know who to call!! Thank you TRON!!

The company came and inspected my place 3-4 times, we discussed the project, did estimation and we even increased scope as the sales person was very effective is selling us a vision. I signed a contract with them... We were going to finance the project so got all the paper work done thru them, got approved and secured the financing as well (thru them). We told our other contractors we were prospecting "NO" based on all the promises we had and the executed contract. Tron then decided to not execute on the contract and now I have to start the whole process again. It was not a small project. The project was worth $40k. Needless to say I am scrambling now as I need the project done before real winter starts and as many of you know, it is a process to find the right team, get estimates, negotiate and finalize things. Disappointed and think its truly unprofessional to have a client go thru all the paper work and FINANCING and then redact on a contract!

We had Solar Panels on our roof from Tron Solar, but a part of our roof was leaking which ultimately led to our entire roof needing to be replaced. The folks over at Tron Restoration took care of us and provided a good quote, along with quality service. The value you are getting with this company is very special as I felt it was a one stop shop for all of our restoration needs. Special shout out to Susan who kept us updated on every step of the way as to when the roofers would be showing up and coordinating with Tron Solar on the uninstall and re-install of our solar panels. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend Tron Restoration to anyone that needs help with roofing or any other restoration needs. They were a pleasure to work with and will definitely keep them in mind for future projects. Thank you Tron Restoration!
