Our application not only makes the existing tiles look better than new but also can stand the test of time, the proof is in the results. Our TROPIC GUARD coatings of roofs look better than new, 20 years later, no blisters, flaking,or pealing. We recommend cleaning every 2 years.

Highly recommend this contractor. I did my own checking and this contractor is state certified in both roofing and building. Oddly, the licenses above however have nothing to do with them. They did my roof and everything went quite professionally.

I hired Tropic Guard to replace 14 windows in our home and the job was done professionnally and expertly. The installer was meticulous and picked up every debris after completing his work. Very pleased and would recommend to anyone.
