    I had Tropical Breeze re-plaster my pool. They completed the job and it looked decent. I had their pool service maintain the pool. After three months, black spots developed, also the service stopped coming and wouldn’t return calls. I called JJ and he said he would come out tho check it but he never showed up and also would not return texts or calls. I would not recommend this company.

    began with decent bid and good salesman. then construction began and didnt go by salesmans estimate. they contract out everything. Started first of Oct 2023. JJ said we'd be swimming by Christmas. It's now 2/15/24 still no final inspection. Curb was not done properly and JJ says he's not fixing it. Went way over cost went $6K over quote and got terrible looking curb. JJ too busy to contact you back. so be prepared to wait a week or so for response. choose another pool builder or have an attorney on standby.

    Pool Project

    Nothing but problems from the beginning.

    1. Sub-Contractors damaged our property, Tropical Breeze didn't want to pay to fix it.
    2. TERRIBLE Communication with the owner (JJ). You only hear from him when he wants to pick up a check.
    3. Every aspect of the job is Sub-Contracted out.
    4. Our pool tile began to Fall Off in July, I contacted JJ immediately and informed him of the problems. . . . Today is 9-11-20 & the tile still hasn’t been fixed, nor has anyone from Tropical Breeze ever come to our home to examine it or communicate with us personally regarding all the problems we have had.

    TERRIBLE - TERRIBLE Company. . . Great Price, but you get what you pay for. TERRIBLE Workmanship, TERRIBLE Communication, TERRIBLE Service and Failure to Address Problems that you may have with their Sub-Contractors.
