His quotes were very reasonable but he showed up late all the time, and rescheduled several times. He painted my kitchen cabinets and the paint started peeling in less than two months. When I contacted him he told me I got the wrong paint and it wasn’t his responsibility to tell me. He was hired to paint and that is what he did. According to the paint store, the paint I bought would work on cabinets if sanded and primed prior to painting

Quote resonable; I think he didn't know what the projects would require so it was low. He was to fix ~ 11 things on a property I was preparing to sell. He didn't complete the work, made cosmetic changes to some (rotting siding on chimney and outside walls, but didn't fix the underlying damage), and many more examples of work that I had to re-pay another contractor to fix. His work was shoddy to say the least. His 'workers' damaged our garage door but he denied it and wouldn't repair or pay for fixing it. Very confrontational. Didn't take any responsibility for his poor work and put it back on me.
