Troy was a HUGE disappointment!! He was slow, wasted a lot of time, and over charged us....he was truly a total RIP OFF!!! It shouldn’t take 4 days to install a water softener!! And the final cost.....WOW!! It’s our fault we should have gotten more than 2 bids, but this was totally ridiculous!! We will never recommend him to anyone!!
