• Represented Owners in negotiations with General Contractors prior to and during construction projects. Acting as owner's representative allows for a third party oversight that ensures the design and construction team are collaborating in a manner that is always in the owner's best interest.

• Completed the design/ build construction process of new residences with a focus on “green” building practices.

• Style of homes ranged from the addition and renovation of home in Palo Alto originally constructed in 1866, to a reprise of mid century modernism in an eco-friendly home in Menlo Park (Menlo Park home featured in San Francisco Chronicle - Nov. 4th, 2007 edition. Menlo Park Redux - "Where recycling is second nature")

• Constructed a 2,000 square foot modern home in Los Altos using alternative building methods that was featured in the May 1998 “100th Anniversary Edition” of Sunset Magazine.

• Managed over 300 hundred insurance related projects ranging from reconstruction of complete homes to water and fire damaged renovations.

• Designed and constructed one of the first 100 homes completed in the Oakland/ Berkeley Hill fires of 1991.

• Constructed several design/ build custom homes in Northern California and Montana from 1990 - present.
