Had a horrible experience with Aqua Pro. They were to repair a pool leak at light. Not only did it take over three weeks to do the work, but they left area around the pool a mess, there is now a permanent mark that runs from side of pool to drain, and our pool still has a leak. All of this after paying $1800. When i called them to let them know pool was still leaking, they basically didn't care! Do not recommend using this company! If I could, I would leave no stars!

Troy's charged us $175 for 20 minutes of work and a part I could have purchased online for $79. They have a service charge minimum of $85 even if they spend only a few minutes dealing with the problem. When I spoke to the owner, he explained how he had insurance to pay, staff to pay, etc. I told him $175 was too much money for such a quick job. He would not budge on the price.
I agreed beforehand to pay the service charge thinking that they, calling themselves a pool service, could fix a couple other problems I have with my pool. But all they do is pop-up system repairs and could not help me with any of my other pool-related issues.
They fixed my pop-up problem but were worthless on anything else. Not good at customer relations at all. I DO NOT recommend this company.

Bad business practices, unskilled technician's: Troy's came out to evaluate a mechanical problem the inspector of the home I was buying said existed. Troy's said they repaired a wire and everything functioned properly. However, when I purchased the home a week later the same problem existed. Two other reputable pool services verified the problem existed and the estimate is over $2,000 for repair. The seller would have paid this bill if Troy's had the skill to evaluate the simple but costly problem. Now I get to, until I pursue Troy's, which they can be assured I wilI as their diagnosis is in writing. I called Troy's and they made an appointment with me on Wednesday this week. They never showed, when I called the scheduler said, "we scheduled that for tomorrow" It would have been nice if they told me that. I asked when tomorrow, she said we don't do schedules until the night before, (nice customer awareness) and I will call you with the schedule. Well, it's Thursday, no call yet and they won't answer the phone. If they stand behind their service as well for you as they are for me, I am sorry you did not heed this warning.
