Our sunroom has to be completely replaced .. poor construction and extremely disappointed. Footing would leak during rain and fixed it by putting a gutter on. Outside trim is rotting out. Windows are out of plum. Used incorrect material for inside trim. Structure will not support a gable roof. Two Sid doors would not close.
