Terrible. We had a problem with our HVAC as A/C was not working. TRU inspected and told us the whole HVAC system would need to be replaced for $$15,000. They said the compressor needed to be replaced and that no replacement parts were avail so our only solution was to do a full replacement. We had another HVAC contractor come out and give us a 2nd opinion. The new contractor said there were a few loose wires and that was it. They tightened the wires and our HVAC system was working great. TRU is the worst.
