This company came to check our 3 yr.old air unit,as it quit working.Before they told us what it would cost they did the work.I'm happy it works but the bill came to $355.A little too much we think. So before you have them do work for you please make sure they tell you the cost!Also being a new unit you would think the part would be under warranty.We've had trouble with the heating unit from the start. They had to service it a few times...sadly unhappy....

This company is a joke. The system doesn't work after just 1 year of brand new construction home. The customer service department is incompetent. The morning of I called to confirm my appointment. They said that my appointment window is from 7 am - 11 am. NO one shows up. Called them again after more than 1 hour of no show. They said that I was not on schedule when I just had a courtesy 30 min call before the technician's arrival. I don't know why a big-time builder like Toll Brothers would work with this horrible and unprofessional company. Don't think about doing business with them. System fail after just 1 year! Unreliable.
