This could have been a 5 star review, if all of the employees had the same training. But they don't. This is a company that works directly with Home Depot. TLDR: Go to Lowe's.
Three weeks ago, scheduling a time for someone to come measure my door frame for a metal security door was a painful process. The employee was offering me 4 hour windows, on weekdays, during bankers hours...I explained that I have a job and asked how people make this work. She did seem genuinely empathetic when she said, "Gosh, I don't know..." After some hmming and hawwing, she offered me a 2 hour window at the end of the day. I decided to risk having to look nauseated at the tail end of a work day and scheduled the appointments. Disappointment saturated me at the prospect of waiting 3 weeks for just the measurements to take place. I wondered if it would be another 3 weeks before install..Fast forward those three weeks and I get a call mid-morning. "Hi, our installer had a mess of a day. Would it be ok if he comes to measure your door now? YOU DON'T NEED TO BE THERE." Mic drop. There are no words to describe how furious I am with this company and their complete ineptitude. I am going to Lowe's now.
