  Fix AC unit

  Dishonest company, do not go with them! I had them come over to repair an AC unit that wasn't turning on. They got it to turn on but then proceeded to tell me I was low on refrigerant. They said that I needed 5 pounds of refrigerant at $175 per pound. Something seemed fishy to me, so I told them it's OK and that I have someone else that gives me refrigerant at a cheaper price. I called All Air Masters they told me that the AC unit was working perfectly fine and there was plenty of refrigerant.

  What thievery! This means they would have pretended to put in 5 pounds and charge me $875 for nothing!!!

  DO NOT GO WITH THEM! Ask around, get a second opinion.

  I had this garbage company assigned to my home by American Home Shield and I have never been more upset and disappointed. Martin, the technician, came to our house, was only here for about 4 minutes, and told us that because of how hot it is outside the unit fails. He didn't even look at the unit or open it up. I told him that even when it's about 80 to 85 the same issue happens. He looked at me and just repeated that when it's too hot the system fails. He refused to listen to me and what I was saying and instead refused to do anything more. I told him to leave my home and he REFUSED.I told him to leave again and he said I'm leaving but then decided to stand there and do nothing. ​

  Martin was not only lazy but he was incompetent and was just an awful person. I mean he didn't even look at our unit!!!! Literally got out of his truck, knocked on the door and then proceeded to tell us that there is nothing he can do.

  Awful company!!!! Do not hire them. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE FOOLS!

  True Master is simply an awful company to deal with. I will NEVER have them in my home or recommend them to anyone. If I could give them negative 5 stars I would.

  "Martin" was called out by my home warranty (AHS) to look at our AC unit that was not working. Before his appointment I took the outside panels off my unit to clean the coil (as home owners are supposed to do). I did not put the panels back on as the service was several hours afterwards. Martin shows up, looks at the unit and says "I can't work on it, company policy. You've opened the unit". He doesn't look at the unit, doesn't check anything, just leaves. He then reported to my home warranty that I "cut the wires, and my claim was fraudulent. After 5 business days of dealing with AHS, they sent out another company and the guy looked my unit over and determined our compressor was burnt out. He ordered the part, and several days later installed it.

  True Master (really they are True Clowns) lied to my home warranty company, failed to do any diagnostic at all, and made my family wait around for an extra week (in 100+ degree temperatures) to get our AC fixed. They soured me on my home warranty and I've talked to my attorney about legal action.

  When I called True Master for a physical report on my unit and what they found they argued that under contract they cannot disclose that to the customer. AHS told me they can and should provide a written report. I still haven't gotten one.

  So, I cannot stress enough how awful these clowns are and I HIGHLY suggest you don't hire or call them for anything.
