Joe has a team of great subcontractors who do excellent work. He monitored the bathroom remodel every day. He is very involved with the subs and stays up on the progress. I could always communicate with him and he was very responsive all along the way, even if I wanted to change something.
He is great at making the whole thing work, on time and on budget.

I did have multiple issues with this contractor during an extensive remodeling project.
This was carried out five years ago and we are still dealing with issues that were not resolved.
The quality control of the sub-contractors were totally missing.
Level and measuring tape should be in use at all times - thus the island in the kitchen is offset.
Multiple leaks from the roof due to very poor work from sub-contractor, missing quality control again.
Expensive shower fixtures not installed according to installation instructions, missing quality control again.
Several issues with installation of new windows as well as sliders, missing uality control.
I would never recommend this contactor to do any remodel jobs!
