    Pool build

    We just recently had our pool built by Trusted Pool and Spa. We found them to be honest and professional. We are extremely happy with the pool and the process. If we had to start over we wouldn’t change one thing. We highly recommend this company for any of your pool needs. Our pool is absolutely beautiful!

    In July 2021 I signed a contract agreement with Trusted Pools and Spas to install a pool and hot tub spa. We live in Del Webb Lakewood Ranch FL. Brook Conrad was the sales guy and did a good job. I was told permitting was behind so it would be a few months before the first dig. Fine. 6 months later, January 2022 I'm told the dig would start mid February. It did, Dave Jervis the project manager was good. During the dig and pool construction I noticed the pool hot tub looked short. I told Dave it was agreed to be 18" high it was 12". He called and it was found that his work order was different than the signed contract agreement. No problem it was a good catch and it was corrected. Then I noticed the pool depth looked deep. Again his work order said 5 ft the contract said 41/2 ft. Again caught before it's a big issue. Pool construction was done and I met with Braden the pool school guy. When the pool equipment was installed Braden came to talk about how it worked. He turned it on and the hot tub blower didn't work. The gas heater didn't work either. That's when I was told I needed to have the gas line installed on my own. No problem, I just wished someone could have told me before then, it could have been done. He said he would order a new blower and install it when it came in. While talking I asked him how the auto fill and auto drain worked. He said there wasn't an auto fill. I showed him the contract agreement and he made some calls to confirm the contract was right and they missed that on the construction work order. They said an external auto fill could be installed using my outside line by running a water line to the equipment which would be approximately 70 ft long. They sent out some kid alone with a shovel to do this. He started by digging a shallow 4" deep trench through the yard 70 ft long for this water pipe. While digging he hit my frontier internet line which cost me $148 to fix. When he was done i was left with a job that looked like a 1st grader did it. The pipe was shallow and would be broken the second grass cutters came thru. He also laid out an electric wire from the equipment to the pool drain that's still laying a top the ground. I called the company and got Chris. Still not sure if this is Chris the owner or not. I sent him the pics of the job and he did send the kid back out to redo and place the water pipe in a better location. The job has still yet to be checked by anyone to see if the job was done properly. I later got a call from Braden saying the blower was in and he was coming to install. Braden never showed or called. This happened 2 straight weeks of blowing me off with out an explanation or an apology. The next week he did show and replaced the blower. He said they were still out of maintenance kits and didn't know when the lanai and pavers would be cleaned. I called Chris to find out when he could check on the auto fill job the kid did and let him know the gas line was installed to the heater and it needed to be reset as well as that the paver are still filthy. He told me he was going on a cruise and to call him when he returned which would be a week and a half later. During this week I had gotten a final bill of completion. Chris told me to just pay it they'd get the work done. I trusted that the work would get done. It's paid in full but the job is still not complete after over a year. I did finally see one day the maintenance kit was left on the patio without notice. To date, I'm still waiting for the someone to make sure the auto fill is installed correctly within code and is working, the gas heater is working and the entire pool area power washed and cleaned. The pool and hot tub itself look great. It's everything to do with the equipment not working, lanai cleaning and finalization that the job it complete that's lacking. I am a part timer at my house, so luckily I was there to catch some of the mistakes on my own that occurred. The pics of the equipment are it's current state. To be continued later.

    Install In ground pool

    Couldn't ask for a better company to build and maintain our pool. The building process went very well and any concerns or questions were addressed immediately Chris was very professional and never tried to over sell he gave us the pros and cons to any extras we wanted. Kyle maintains our weekly pool cleaning and does an excellent job. Great Company!!!!

    This pertains only to service and maintenance only.
    We have used this contractor for several years. Initially we were serviced by the owner which was great. However, early on he either subcontracted it out or had employees and the work quality began to deteriorate. This last instance was the last straw. They were advised to do whatever it took to get the pool and heater ready for the arrival of our grandchildren while we were out of town. We came home and of course it was not ready, the heater was not working, the pool was ice cold and the owner responded after repeated efforts to reach him multiple times with a bad attitude. I could never recommend him.
