  Best experience I've ever had with a plumber. Mr. Zip was very responsive, did a great job, and even ended up charging me less than I'd agreed to pay because the job ended up being less complex than he'd anticipated. A fair and honest man. Highly recommend.

  Top Notch Service and work

  I am not usually one to leave reviews due to service being just good or bad but when one is due, meaning exceptional or absolutely horrible i will takw the time. I have used this company on several occasions now and they have ALWAYS done a great job... so much so that I provide their name when I hear of other people with plumbing needs. I have just now called again for yet more service (unfortunately for me) however we know the job will be done right as usul. We have used other plumbers in the past who "milked the clock" or have fought with due to shotty work. In all our cases he diagnosed the problem and performed the needed work in a timely professional manner. Being a manager in several industries over the last 20 years I am always looking to recruit certain individuals. It's the knowledge, professionalism, and genuine concern to ensure a job well done that keeps me coming back to this company! Just as I hope my team does their part each day to keeps our customers coming back, try county plumbing has done their part to keep us coming back. Many thanks for jobs well done!

  Im the owner of this company and I would appreciate the opportunity to respond since this website doesnt inform contractors of poor reviews.
  The customer has/had a home warranty with a company I subcontract with. I must follow their rules when working for their customers. Im not allowed to give info over the phone because if the wrong info is given, if I mis-diagnose a problem "over the Phone" The warranty company and I could be held liable no matter how "simple" the job might be (I like the "came out to make money" statement). In this particular case the power to disposal shut off for a reason, meaning possible electrical issue. Even though the "button I pushed" worked in this situation I need to know why the power tripped. If bit trips, either something jammed the disposal causing it to shut off which would need unjammed or the electric circuit tripped which would be far more serious(liability issue)!The problem in this case was the homeowner did not read the contract therefore did not understand that a deductible of $50 or $75 is due anytime the warranty service is used and most contractors have minimum charges which usually exceed $50 or $75(price set by warranty not me). Im actually the warranty company's #1 plumber because my work is top quality and my prices are fair. I value my Masters liscense and my trade and strive to satisfy my customers but I dont work for free!

  Used company for a warranty claim. Explained problem over phone. Came out to fix problem and did it by pushing a button. Could have told me this over the phone but instead came out to make money. I wouldn't trust this company for work if it weren't for my warranty company.
