Tony is a total Scam.. You will have a peace of mind working with better known company. He will not provide you with a contract, will take your money and gets lost.. If you must use him, do yourself a favor and only pay him when he finish your job.. I dont want anybody going through what i am going through with him now.. Since i wasnt provided with a contract, i am working with a lawyer to see the best course of action to bring this con artist to justice as he took my money and practically have been hiding from me ever since. Save yourself the trouble, he is not worth it.
Response from Ts Construction January 31, 2018This customer was told the funds had for this was insufficient to install a dec 14x22 feet and quater acre of grass and 4 ceiling fans which was to be 10,000 but only had 7,000 so she was informed that we would only install 3 pallets of grass so it would go 1ft pass deck and this was done please remove this review Thanks -

Tony Houston was outstanding to with. First, quick to respond to this site. Interview was to go look at his current projects. His communication was daily with what he was working on either voice or via text. His design ideas were spot on for our house and the market. We remodeled 2 full baths, kitchen tile, laminate flooring throughout , interior paint and exterior siding and windows. As problems came up with an 1984 house, we worked though them with out busting the budget. I cannot praise him enough with his professionalism and sense of style design. He sent samples and colors for us to choose from and all came out spectacular! Husband's comments of the master bath was "Looks like a picture our of a magazine of Home and Gardens" when it was completed. We would recommend his services for small or large jobs. In fact we have! We having him come back with another project for our back deck! Thank you Tony for all you did. We will call you for the next house and ONLY you. You have brought back faith in hiring for home improvements and remodels.

Tony was great to work with. He communicated very well and called almost every day to give me an update. The house was a total redo and it looks better than when it was just built! On top of all of that, his bid was very reasonable and his sense of decorating style is so very helpful. I will definitely call on T's construction any time I need to have a contractor.

Tony started off like gang busters, rapidly ripping down the old to supposedly replace it with the new. Tony started this home remodel May 1st, 2016. I finally finished the job with other contractors on April 26, 2018. The work he completed was substandard and I had to hire others to RIP everything out and start again. The master bathroom was an absolutely abysmal job that had to be redone. The kitchen cabinets were not of good quality (after Tony made a huge ordeal about how expensive they were) then he mounted them a foot too high, to the point that I couldn't reach the first shelf with out a step stool. The texture on the walls was not consistent nor were all of the window seals painted. It took him so long to finally put my new roof on I had to replace ceilings and walls inside. Luckily he NEVER put the floor in so I did not have to pay for that twice to repair as I did for EVERYTHING else in the house (I just bought flooring twice and paid for installation once). I had to repurchase all of the supplies a second time as he took my money and either didn't purchase the supplies: hard wood floor, roofing tiles and wood. Or bought inferior products: paint, light fixtures, caulk, bathroom tiles. When we started this project, the bid was $42,000.00. I added the roof and the cover of the back porch roofing. This added another $12,500.00 to this project. Once Tony tore my house apart and put junk up in place of the quality items he took down. He did a shoddy job in the entire house, particularly the bathrooms and kitchen. Collecting $62.000 along the way.
Additionally, to correct all the terrible work that Tony did, cost me an ADDITIONAL $150,000. I am sure that at some point Tony was a great contractor, just not any more.
