    Considered for 300sf ADU Design & Build

    TS Construction were super honest and realistic when they did a site assessment. They even bought an architect along to answer feasibility questions. They brought up a lot of good points, and were able to provide a very solid and detailed estimate. Although we didn't end up working together, I had a very pleasant and professional experience.

    Working with Todd and his team was wonderful. Everyone was responsive, considerate, and spoke to me with respect and concern throughout the project. They did exactly what I wanted and needed - without pressuring me for any more work. It wasn't a huge project (replacing a broken tub) yet I felt valued as a client. Todd came when he promised, sent the quote when he promised, and delivered the project, as promised. Todd and his team are incredibly reliable, and I enjoyed having them and will use them again for future projects.

    *****I'm adding this for the women whom might read this - I was home alone when he gave his quote. I felt safe and secure. Furthermore, he treated me as if I knew what I was speaking about and didn't try and price gouge me when he saw it was just me. This is harder to find than you might think. The respect and consideration of the project is what mattered and I felt safe, secure, and well treated throughout.
