Despite several staff changes, everyone that I had contact with at TSK were friendly and professional. My phone calls were returned promptly and the employees were knowledgeable and helpful. The new roof looks great. I would recommend them to others. I, too, would give them my business again.

after the Hurricane I contacted these people a salesman came out and provided a Quote . I provide that quote to My Insurance company with other quote's TSK quote was accepted and I contacted the sales man after signing paper work so paper could be pulled I was inform end of Jan. roof would be replaced it's now June and nothing has happen called the sales man Milki never answer his phone called TSK was giving the run around short staff or sales man had family issues or they are short staff, or lady I spoke to was the only one at the office all saying they would call me back but never did call back. When I finally got a hold of Malki he acted surprised that my roof has not started I told him I paid thenm at the Office my deducible of 3,600 he said by end of the month they would be their this was in march he lie. now June and I found out that tsk is being investigated for trying to ripe off the and change for work they never done and place leins on the homes of the customer with out the customer. They want me to sign a AOB after reading it I will not sign it and ask for my 3,600. back they hung up on me. Stay away from these people.

TSK replaced my roof in 2016. One year later there was a leak in the front of my house. It took lots of phone calls and emails and bad reviews written for them to finally send someone. Oh, they actually requested that I go in the attic and take pictures if the leak!! The guy put a piece of metal over the hole in the roof. Who does that? Here it is 2021 and that same hole has now grown. Because a hurricane went through my warranty was voided out. That's right folks, if a hurricane comes through no matter if there is no damage to your roof, your Warranty is canceled!!! They have had legal issues with insurance fraud and liens.... they pretty much took a plea deal so they are still in business. They also did not replace all the decking that should have been replaced. I thought I was paying for a NEW ROOF. Troy claims he did that to save me money. I didn't ask him to!!! Bottom line.... this company is dishonest!! They do shoddy work and then make excuses why it isn't their fault. STAY AWAY!!
