If I could give this company a zero star I would. They are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my life. My warranty company assigned them to repair/replace my water heater. John and his wife came out to assess the water heater. He stepped on my drain pan and bent it out of shape and also left debris from the insulation covering the pipes all over the place. Had to wait to get approval for a new water heater. AAA calls me at 7:20 p.m. the night before the installation was supposed to occur to discuss all the items that weren't covered by warranty. What they were saying seemed somewhat suspect including a $100 permit fee. I asked for an itemized cost of the additonal $850 they were telling me I would be charged for "modifications, supplies, etc." They couldn't produce that. I asked for their insurance information and the license number for the plumber they were going to send out. Interestingingly they did have the license number for their plumber available. While I was speaking to the owners wife, John was screaming in the background wanting to know why I wanted the requested informattion. It is customary that a consumer would want to make sure a company is licensed and insured when working on their home. Also, they do not take credit cards because of "covid". Any reputable company takes credit cards. In any event, they were scheduled to come at 9:30 the next morning and never showed. I called and they blocked my number. I called the warrany company and they tried to also get a hold of this company and AAA would not answer/respond. Based on their actions, I would guess they are a fly by night "plumbing company." In fact I did a deeper Google search and apprently they are also a garage door repair company and fix pool equipment. All bad reviews. I wish I would have done my due diligence prior to them even coming out the first time. Stay far, far away from this company and if your warranty company attempts to assign AAA Services ask for a different company even if it takes longer. This company is as shady as they come.
