I think they are good people, but we did not have a good experience. Kim sold us and then we never saw her again. We never saw a digital plan, until the cabinets were wrong. My husband and I were the project managers. The communication was awful, Nate would show up and ask me questions (where did i want disposal button). No one came to the granite yard, they cut out the wrong section so the island is darker than the rest. All of the corners are different shapes. We had custom cabinets built and instead of having him paint them with a machine, they were hand painted which started chipping after a week. They broke one of the cabinet doors and got paint on our floors then used a chemical to get it up and stained it more. They got paint all over the dishwasher, and then reinstalled incorrectly. They said they could match our molding but used something else. We had to ask them to put quarter round around the island.
Whether they had too much going on or our project wasnt important enough, it was not what we envisioned. I hope it was a learning experience.
