Beware of this contractor. He takes your money and tell you to call him with any issues, but then doesn't respond back. He charged us $1000 for our 60sq ft area (small bathroom) to do tile work and said it would take 2-3 days to get the work done. He brought along a very inexperienced worker (right out of school as per him) and completed the work in just one day. He left the garbage outside our condo and we got warning from the condo management. He used dry board instead of Cement board, but told us that he was using Cement board. The shower handle he put back on spits out HOT water ONLY, no matter what settings it is put to. Earlier we could use our bathroom, now it is completely un-usable since the water literally BURNS you. I have a 12 year old who got burnt the first time she stepped into the shower. When I contacted him, he said he can try and come in 4 weeks after he did the work. When we stated that time wouldn't work, he agreed to refund $700 out of the $1000 right away but hasn't done that either. Its been 2 weeks and today when we approached him again, he said we have to wait. Clearly he has no intentions of returning our money. SO we are not only out of our bathroom, but of our money as well.
I will be posting pictures as well of the ugly job this guy did. I will be taking him to court, because the entire bathroom needs to be redone asap.
