I would never recommend this company to anyone as they were dishonest with me years ago. They claimed they had replaced the metal flange and charged me for it but not until I had leaking at the bottom of the toilet and the toilet taken up did we find that they had not done the work as the flange was all rusty and disintegrating a short time afterward. I wrote them letters complaining and asking for a refund of what I paid and they didn't even bother answering me. I should have taken them to Small Claims Court. They have wrecked the reputation of Harold's Plumbing original owner. They have not been in business as long as they say since they took it over. They are counting the time Harold owned it.
