  I’m currently in the midst of working with Don little through carport central via an owner builder permit for a single family residential. I’m not too sure why they only have poor reviews on here. They’ve been nothing but great to me! They’ve answered all my questions, prompt responses and excellent customer service. Don little walked me through the permitting process and helped me with miscommunication throughout the whole process of talking with the county. Permits should be getting approved here in a couple weeks but so far so good! I’ll update my review once we finish installation

  One of the worst companies I've ever had a chance to do business with Don doesn't show up to work he will tell you whatever he needs to hear to get you to sign but once he has got you signed he will not even bother calling you back your bottom line does not equate to his bottom line he doesn't care about your needs my building showed up with multiple issues the doors were scratched and damaged it took him weeks to repair them continues to be uncontactable and then refuses to repair the problems at hand after being told multiple times about the issues then he puts a lien on your building without repairing any of the problems this company is the absolute worst I wouldn't call them if they were the last company on Earth it will be a lawsuit involved in this one I'm sure yours will be too don't do it

  Signed a contract with Big Buildings Direct, LLC ("BBD") Tampa for a building agreeing to pay for applicable permitting, uncovering the following scam. BBD Tampa contracts with Tubular Building Systems, LLC ("Tubular") for installation. However, Tubular will not the building permit to be filed with the county. It requires the buyer to use a "Permit Expeditor" to sign on their behalf. Tubular contracts with The Permit Tech, Inc to sign on their behalf. However, buyer must pay $400 to The Permit Tech to obtain Tubular's signature on the building application. Wiithout this signature, buyer cannot file the building permit. I confronted Michael Winberg of BBD, Don Little, owner of Tubular, and Linda Wilson, owner of The Permit Tach, Inc. on this conspiracy to extort $400 from consumers for a useless service--obtaining a simple signature for $400. They would not budge. I was willing to pay permit filing costs per contract with BBD. However, I did not agree to pay unnecessary costs to support a conspiracy. As BBD was required to obtain the signature of their chosen subcontractor, Tubular, but failed, they breached the contract and I backed out. BEWARE of this unscrupulous collusion.

  This is the most un-professional company I have ever dealt with. They never answer the phone and you always get a different answer. Took 2 weeks for someone to call me back but they were quick to take my money. Told me 3 weeks to get plans and was going on 11 weeks and never received anything. When called spoke with tawnya who is super rude. Customer hung the phone up on me and canceled a 25000 project because they dropped the ball. Communication is everything and this business gets an f in it. I would never recommend this customer. We were going to build 8 of these buildings this year with them but obviously they don’t care about customers. Don’t ever do work with tubular. I guess they must have a trust fund because they don’t need customers to stay in business.
