Tuckers Builders LLC was contracted through the state to do work on our house. Pros: friendly, work pretty fast. Cons: they are only ok with communication. They did not 100% do what was contracted to do such as having outer doors sealed air tight. We actually had snow come in the front door. Also if it is not worded in the contract exactly they might not actually do the work. They were contracted to put foam and siding in and outside of our enclosed back porch. We let them know that we plan making it an open porch in the future so if they wanted to save time and money they could tear down the enclosure making it just a cement porch and add a railing all around that we would prefer that. They agreed. Then when it came time to put the railing up they kept shrugging it off. After asking them to put up a hand railing asap since it was winter they did do that but it's not even done properly. Then everytime the rest of it was discussed they would avoid answering. Now they are bit doing it and are done working on it. They stated per code it is not needing so they don't have to do it even after they agreed. So if you choose to hire make sure you put everything in writing and word it very specifically. They seem to do the bare minimum to "follow" the contract but also make as much of a profit as possibly.
