Troy Dewayne Tuck
Owner
We used Troy Tuck several years ago to paint a house at Smith Mountain Lake, Virginia. We have been suffering ever since. After paying an exorbitant amount, we have had constant peeling of the paint. Turns out he put a latex finish over an Oil base paint with no prep. He was told the paint previously was oil base.Since then we have been having to sand and paint multiple wood surfaces because of severe peeling. he did not prep the surfaces nor did he caulk well. Plus he picked up The wrong paint finish. We ask for flat and he painted with eggshell. While doing the job he took numerous days off to go fishing. I would never use this guy. Painter malpractice. Buyer beware!
