Their work is first class, and they're neat, and clean up after themselves.
However, they said there would be more charges to the original agreement because they need to level the floor to match the new flooring they installed. I asked why, and they stated they didn't know the floor was pitched when they estimated the job. Isn't this is something they should have checked before they gave the estimate? I asked for the new estimate, and was told "It won't be much". Please respond, as I want to get this straightened out before they proceed any further. Thank you.
