I paid this irrigation company a lot of money to revamp my irrigation system at my new home right before we moved in. They replaced nothing, and just tried to fix what was there. What a joke. I have never had so many problems...breaks, faulty lines, sprinkler heads that don't work, sprinkler heads that are just wrong for certain areas. I called them back out twice to fix things, and they really had no interest in fixing anything, just seemed so lazy about everything. They really should not even be in this line of business. Customer service and support is terrible . I have spent so many hours with my husband digging in my yard trying to fix everything, and am still doing it 2 years later. I should have insisted they pull everything up and start from scratch. Lesson learned.
