Alachua, FL
Hired for a kitchen remodel, agreed to have whole house re-wired and brought up to code. Started off good but didn't finish. Cabinets made by this company were not cured and they are warping. Paid for items that were not put in place. Started off with a crew of four ended up just being the owner. No worker is licensed or bonded with this company. Added additional fees for items that were previously paid for at a lower cost. Work was sparetic. Never knew when he would be there. When given thirty days to comply with demand he worked 15 of those days for an average of two to five hours. Called for inspections, inspections were passed with notes that items had to be finished. They were never finished. Had to remove trash and other items that this company left in house and on property numerous times, but was charged for "cleaning." I would recommend that everything be in writing and make certain that no changes are made to what is paid for in advance. Make certain that you receive an end date. We signed contract with no end date so a simply kitchen remodel with electrical for entire house took ten months and still is not completed to our satisfaction.
