I received the referral from Home Advisor. I would give negative starts if I could. I was getting my home painted so that I could list for sale. I had 2 prev. bad exp w/ painters and was leery of hiring a 3rd/ Mr. Reimann promised to help me and said I wouldn't have to pay if I wasn't happy. Not only was the job horrible, I mean my 10 yr old could have done better, but he lied, accused the poor work on me, made me pay for materials twice! A 4 day job took a month. 3 months later and I am still trying to repair the damages. he ruined my tile floors, painted my entire garage floor (overspray) and his employee was caught rummaging through my personal belongings. when he was told he said this is why he doesn't work for me. No apologies, nothing! His wife who was so rude had to be on the job each day he was there. why, I don't know..using my bathroom, on Facebook, smoking in my back yard and making my entire family uncomfortable w her unpleasant attitude. I lost potential sales not listing my hoe for over 2 months, income working from home, thousands of dollars to repaint and repair damages. NEVER an apology...just "im putting a lien on your home!" He and his wife have made me feel afraid of their retaliation and now the ROC says I have to allow them back in my home to do repairs a 4th time!!?? why? I cant afford a 4th time! each time he has spilled paint on my floor, drywall dust everywhere, etc. He didn't even finish a job he was hired to do denying he was hired to do it. I asked him to just discount me $150 for this job and call it a day. He said no!
What is wrong with this picture? I don't have any defense and I have lost so much money I cant recoup. Im devastated and in tears over this and my home still hasn't been put back together. all I wanted is to get my home painted so I could sell it.
