I would advise you NOT to use this contractor. They installed a furnace/air conditioner for me, shortly thereafter the a/c would not work. The tech that came out said he had to redo something that was done wrong by their first installers. Just a few days ago, I called to ask them to please show me the location of my filter so that I could change it. They could have done this, either by phone or e mail. After two days they refused to return my calls. I went to another heating/cooling company who gladly showed me what I needed to know.
