We had a miserable experience with this builder that we hired to build a house on our lot. He provided the wrong set of plans to his sub-contractors and began to build the wrong house on our site. We also learned later hat not only was it the wrong set of plans, but he put the foundation too close to the lot line, so the wrong house would be in the wrong place! We worked hard with Twa to have the mistakes corrected, but got tired of fighting with him, and after paying him ten thousand dollars, had to fire him. We were left with a hole in the ground with a useless foundation it. All the concrete footings had to be broken up and hauled away by our second builder (who built us a GREAT house). We received nothing of value for the 10k we paid Twa.
He refused to refund any of the money we paid him, and even though we had given more than enough for him to pay his subs, he didn't pay the cement contractor.
I've only given the highlights of the problems we had. I recommend staying as far away from this contractor as possible.
