5 weeks overdue on home restoration. Quality is embarrassing and attempting draw on "crooked and cracked doors, incomplete sheetrock". Currently telling me it's a breach of contract to purchase cabinets and countertops for 2K less myself than let them supply just cabinets. Told today they were taking all the insurance money rather than deducting items already taken care of.

The job was supposed to be completed in less than a month, but it's been three months and the job is not completed yet. There is no communication from the project manager. Once they received my down payment, communication was pretty much non-existent. I am not satisfied with their service.
Response from TWG Contractors May 8, 2017Right- This person still owes us money-At the time of this review she had only paid us $5,513.00 and refused to make a payment- She changed the contract from labor only to a confusing combination of material and labor- with no payment for materials we supplied- like most people in this flood zone in rural Louisiana this person believes that Contractors should finance their jobs and then bend over backwards to be paid the due amount- As of today we are still owed a balance for work performed and materials purchased- Total Contract of agreed upon work performed at time of breach of contract with our material cost- $12,617.06 against a total of $41,973.00. Amount paid- 11,705.92. This complainer owes TWG a minimum of $911.34 for materials and $1.973.06 for the second agreement change order- Mrs. Holiday if you can prove that you made these payment please contact our office immediately and provide proof or pay the balance owed so that TWG can pay this company for the final amount we owe them- Thx Buildzoom-

Incomplete work, attempting to get out of contract once drywallers quit mid way. We asked to pay for what was semi done on electrical; insulation and drywall and invoicing is not complete after 2 and half weeks.
