Twigg Heating & A/C installed a Maytag HVAC System in our home on 3 Oct 2018. It took several attempts to get the system operating properly & we still (May 2019) have a leak in the vapor recovery PVC tubing. We have called & even stopped by once, asking tor an appointment to have the leak repaired. Mr Twigg assured us he would come out to fix it & would call us with the date. To date we have not received a call from him. All calls to Twigg Heating & A/C go directly to voicemail with no response. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service provided by Twigg Heating & A/C. If you want quality HVAC work, I suggest you go elsewhere.
