Twigg Plumbing & Heating Reviews
1 out of 5 stars, based on 1 review

I will elaborate and detail the reason behind this 1 star review.

As a firm believer in the meritocracy based Capitalist society that makes America great, I stand by the premise of honest and good business dealings.

Twigg Plumbing is not honest, and not good.

The office manager gives a first impression of cheer and politeness, but when confronted with any small amount of negative feedback regarding a customer's dissatisfaction, she will immediately construct a false narrative towards the customer with the intent of protecting the dishonest, perverted, and lazy service technician. The office manager lied directly to me and my wife concerning her interactions with us, repeatedly hung up the phone on us, and refused to let me speak to her supervisor. The inability to receive negative feedback is one of the primary indicators of anti-social, sociopathic personality traits. That's fine for people who aren't in the customer service business. Not so good for people who should be intent on providing services worth people's money.

The technician spent approximately 90 minutes at our home, for the simple and quick task of turning up the heat on our water heater. When you charge $100 an hour, you tend to take your sweet time for even the simplest of tasks. He was also caught twice standing and peeking in a furtive manner at the females in the home, in an obvious and unprofessional fashion.

I attempted to describe our dissatisfaction with the technician, the price, the failed service (still not fixed), the subversive attempt to elicit cash under the table with the aforementioned office manager. She was very unreceptive and attempted to declare that I had called the service technician "disgusting as a human being".

What I had actually stated was that I was "upset with him as a human being". However, now that I have attempted to rationalize and reason with an obvious unprofessional, I really do wish that I had expressed how disgusting their business ethics are. The rudeness I received from the office manager exceeded the rudeness I receive from drunks and addicts on the street.

To the office manager: you lack the basics of polite human interaction, you are a liar, and if the rest of Twigg plumbing is honest and professional, then you have caused their downfall.

To the service technician: You are not welcome in or near my neighborhood again.

To the owner: I was embarrassed for the two employees of yours that I've encountered. As a professional in the Justice System, I regularly encounter people who lack the ability to navigate interpersonal encounters. I experience people who employ gaslighting, lies, manipulation, and mock outrage when confronted with damning truth against themselves. Im sorry this brutal truth is laid open against this business, however I requested to communicate with you and was denied. This is my only recourse.
