  Plumbing, frozen pipes, carpentry, general rental repairs.

  Maximum charge for minimal service. We used them in 2017-2018. I have used their service through a management company and a friend has also. Unfortunately, their work is sub-par. I hear the owner is fairly competent but the individuals that we've seen that work for him are not. Our experience has been poor quality work, inaccurate documentation, and issues with employees throwing buts on the ground. I've followed their repairs and re-done some. Afterwards we are charged the highest rate possible compared to others in the market. (ex: $200 fee when we called a plumber ourselves vs $800 and multiple trips). I realize that I am asking for a luxury when I have a management company use their repair service and I expect a slightly higher charge, but their charges seem excessive especially compared to the quality of work. No I wouldn't recommend them unless it was an emergency.

  I rent from a property agency who uses twin properties for maintenance repair. The rental agency is unaware of Twins property absolute disgusting repair services on top of the worst customer service ever. If your seeking complete attitude, crappy care of you and your family needs then go ahead. They have been out now 3 times to repair the water heater and yet no hot water, no care that you have gone 2 days with no hot water, no shower no clean dishes even though in section 34.03.100 #5 of the landlord to maintain fit premises states hot water will be supplied at all times. I have made the rental agency aware of twin properties service who they use to complete all repairs. Next step is the owner, state of Alaska and more. This will not go away quietly.. Twin proprties is a joke and should not be allowed to be in business. By the way did I mention this situation is effecting young kids and people with disabilities

  These guys were working on a fence across the street. They had to remove a tree and limbs for the repair. While the repair was underway I walked over to ask about all the pile of wood from the removal of the tree and old fencing. The young man assured me they would be back for the removal of these items but have yet to return and when our neighbor called them on it they said it was not there responsibility and someone else should be cleaning it up? My neighbor claims she'll be calling the city for illegal dumping of debris and told the young man that but it didn't seem to phase him. So if they throw it off the property I guess they feel they are no longer responsible for it? I keep thinking back to my original conversation when he assured me they would be taken care of it. They don't seem to be very trustworthy.
