Would not recommend. Did a poor job and never returned to finish sealing the driveway. Never replied or answered messages for several months.

I hired two cousins Paving to repave my driveway. It was the biggest mistake I've made in years! He required half the money up front and never finished the job. I had to hire someone else to complete. I consider him a con-man. Do not do any business with Herman Girvin.

Two Cousins Paving took $100 from me to reseal my driveway and never did the work. I have called them many times and received many promises to do the work, but they never showed up. All I have received are continued lies and ignored voicemails. Do not ever hire these people or their owner Herman Girvin for anything!

We reluctantly contracted Herman Girvin, a contractor from Two Cousins Paving to pave two driveways and five car parking area for my Mother. He failed to put out a quality product and with poor service. Took nine days to do the job, did not measure out the job correctly, used mixed asphalt, had mechanical breakdowns, was not punctual, did the job by hand and did not have proper equipment to do the job. Asked to borrow tools, kept requesting more money as the job went on, wanted another $1500. just to seal coat, ended up calling another contractor for seal coating and did it for $500. Bit of a price gouger if you ask me, asphalt crumbled before the end of the job and never came back to finish and the list goes on. Not recommended.
