Terrible builders and will breach their contracts. I purchased a newly constructed home in February per our buyers/sellers agreement sod was supposed to be placed and completed in March. It is now June and it is still incomplete and the blame have been placed on the sod company. I asked for proof of purchase and never received it. Also, the room doors and front doors all were misaligned. I contacted them to have the contractor who placed them come out and correct them all. ALL of the doors were this way even the front door. They have not and refuse to correct the front door after saying they would several times and now they’re blaming the misaligned door on a Best Buy worker who brought in a refrigerator through the double doors. There’s no way he caused the door to be misaligned and my husband and I was here during the delivery. The delivery went smoothly. They placed the blame on him so they wouldn’t have to correct their contractor mistakes now I’m taking them to court because I have no other choice.
