GE Industries was hired through Home Again Fire and Restoration. The work was done without a permit. After forcing Contractors to get a permit, found work was not to code. As well I found issues that were dangerous, a four prong dryer plug was improperly installed. This was an expensive repair for me. The wiring was never updated per Code requirements. When contacted for resolution, Greg Evans claimed he was not paid and therefore would not warranty work. First, the work was done without proper permits and inspections. Secondly, I paid Home Again for the work and can prove it. Oddly, I have seen this contractor working with Home Again in this neighborhood.
I recommend avoiding this contractor. His complete disregard for building codes (remember poor work without a permit) make him a dangerous contractor.
