  A shout out to Two Story Flooring! I had an exceptional experience working with this company to install vinyl plank flooring in our church. The planning process was very long in requesting grant funding from our Diocese. The grant request was submitted over a year before the installation would start. I originally received four bids, but Two Story Flooring was the only company that was patient in working with me in requesting and receiving the grant money. We had a limited budget and Alan worked very hard to find the best quality flooring and scrubbed the labor costs in order to stay within our budget. When it was time to select the specific flooring, Alan and Aleister met me at the church to review the 2,300 sq.ft. area where the flooring would be installed. The old flooring was vinyl and carpeting over a cement foundation. There were many imperfections in the cement that would have to be addressed. There were areas in the cement that needed to be built-up and other areas that needed to be ground down. In addition, there were many pews that were secured in place by rivets into the cement. A beautiful vinyl flooring was selected. When Alan went to order the material, there was a shortage because the manufacture was no longer producing the flooring because of COVID-19. Alan worked closely with the company that distributed the flooring and found out that the available material in inventory at the four stores in the area would be sufficient to complete our installation, therefore preventing any delays.
  Two Story Flooring delivered the material, started and completed the installation as scheduled. We could not be any happier with the installed flooring. Alan, Aleister and Mike did a very professional job and they were very meticulous about their work. They cleaned up after each day. Our church was ready to be operational as soon as they completed the installation.
  I am so thankful for Two Story Flooring for having the patience and the willingness to work with our church through all of the challenges: waiting for the grant funding to be approved and received, inventory shortage, tackling the cement foundation, and permanently resetting the pews. I believe that the other three companies that I initially received bids from did not want to install the flooring at our church because of all these challenges. This whole experience showed me out knowledgeable and skilled the Two Story Flooring team is. The company had their documentation available to me before I signed the contract. (license, liability insurance and workers comp insurance)

  I highly recommend Two Story Flooring for all flooring installations. It will be the best decision that you can make.
