    replace garbage disposal
    $0

Five stars! I hired Tyler Cervantes to install a new garbage disposal at my home. He had all the parts and tools with him and he completed the install quickly. I really appreciated that he cleaned up all the garbage and was respectful of my home. I highly recommend Tyler - he's really good at his job and he's a nice, respectful person!

Water Heater Replacement + Pressure Regulator
    $1,300

We used Tyler through our home warranty, they automatically dispatched him - he not only fixed the issue (pressure regulator) but he explained how to monitor it and prevent it happening in the future. Our home warranty ran out, we didn’t want to renew, and our water heater ended up leaking. Husband is deployed, I don’t know anything about plumbing (this is our first home) so he walked me through shutting it off and he promptly came out the next day and replaced the valve. He told us our water heater was old (17 years!), so he recommended buying a new one whenever we were ready. Two days later our water heater completely went, water was pouring off the porch from the top of the water heater as well as the bottom. He came out and fixed it immediately. He did us a favor and came out on a weekend! He installed an expansion tank because he knew about the high water pressure, and made sure to educate me about the new water heater and what I should look out for and what to do if something happens. We will be using Tyler for any of our future plumbing needs, he is knowledgeable and doesn’t have any hidden costs. I will be recommending him to anyone who’s looking for a reliable plumber!

    Shower and lurching drain

Home warranty sent someone from this company and the guy left immediately after arriving because my wife was watching, saying he is uncomfortable being watched. Didn’t give us a chance to give him any room, he simply left saying he will send someone else. Really weird and unprofessional even before the work started. Wasted time taking off from work. Don't understand how this sort of company is being contracted by an insurance company.

Response from Tyler Cervantes plumbing& Drain Services June 6, 2019
It is a liability to have anyone that close to drain cleaning machines while working, I informed her she was too close and she would not move at this point I left and informed the woman I would be contacting home warranty.

    Kitchen garbage disposal
    $400

Very professional Plumber. Responded very quickly from my home warranty referral. I will hire him again with or without home warranty - he's that good!

First American Home Warrant sent this company to fix two toilets and a high end expensive faucet. Some very young kid shows up and can’t figure out how to remove the faucet and scratched it up with a channel lock wrench. He agreed that the two toilets weren’t flushing properly but then wrote up a report to my home warranty company stating that the were sluggish but working. They would not flush at all. It’s obvious to me what kind of relationship they have with First American Home Warranty. It seems every bit like a scam in that they write up these issues in a way as to get them denied. When I called and talked to the kid he hung up on me. I called later and the person who identified himself as the owner was arrogant and dismissive. Not a chance I would ever use them.

    plumbing for tub drain
    $75

I went through my home warranty and their company contacted me right away to schedule an appointment. Their scheduler was really thorough in getting information from me about what the problem was so someone would bring the right equipment. We had a tub clog on our 3rd floor bathroom and another company's plumbers couldn't fix the problem because they didnt have a long enough snake. Their technician came out with an extra long electric snake and fixed the problem in 10 minutes. Very professional and accommodating!

    Water Heater Repair

When my water heater was failing Tyler came out last minute and replaced it well into the night. He only stopped because a final part was needed to ensure the installation was up to code (he noticed that the prior installation was not proper while he was putting in the new water heater). He came back first thing the next morning with the necessary part and the work was finished. I was expecting a giant bill but he did not waiver from his initial quote and I was not charged more for the missing part and second day of service. Tyler is great!

Urgent work was requested under home warranty and we were scheduled to have them between 10am and 2pm. I called and left a few voicemails. I haven't gone work waiting for them and they changed the schedule and then when I called them mad regarding this, they told me that they have been schedule for 1pm to 4pm which was not true at all, and they told me they are not coming anymore, because I was mad. They are the definition of NON ETHICAL and NON PROFESSIONAL workers and they are not deserving any work here in United States. And ps: they left as with not working toilets for 2 days straight although the work was notated urgent.
I recommend NOT to get service from this company.

    Install a pressure regulator
    $270

Work was done under home warenty and added work was quoted and provided.
The owner installer of the work did not take into account that most of my residence was above his installed pressure regulator and my home lost pressure due to the installation. Upon request that he return and adjust the pressure to normal levels I was ignored for 2 days from leaving a message and then no attempt was made to follow up by Mr. Cervantes. I ended up having to have another person take care of the simple task that should have been done at the install.

Horrible experience! If you want your plumbing issue done right do not use his services. Had to hire another guy.
