    We thought Jerry did a good job with several projects around our house over several months. He is a very nice, talkative man who likes to engage in conversation with you or the person who may be helping him. This turns into billable time. After his work was complete we wondered if it would have been better to have him bid the jobs. I felt I did not do a good job of recording his time working. The last job he did for us, the bill came in much higher than we thought with the number of hours pretty high. He did bring that down a bit but I wished I had been able to go back and show him exact times and days he had worked.

    Again, he is a nice person and I trusted him in our home. His work did pass inspection. Our only concern was his billable hours worked.
