They are TERRIBLE! Caused more damage, repaired nothing. Would not respond to any emails, calls, etc. After sending invoices each month for a year and ignoring my replies, they just stopped sending emails. A year later, they sent invoices again. They have no customer service and can't even do the work correctly. I would not recommend using them for anything, EVER.
Needed tub faucet/diverter, instead they broke my drain stopper, and my spout and couldn't do the work requested. Kitchen sink needed minor dripping drain to be replaced, and I already had the part. They broke the sink clips, so my sink wasn’t secured and broke kitchen faucet, so I had to buy a new faucet, and then when they were don’t, the faucet leaked, and the drain leaked (while I was away for a weekend) and flooded under my sink and rotted out my cabinet floor. Had to have another plumber come to replace and repair everything they did in addition to the damage they caused.
