Jim came by my house in July of 2018 to see what I needed. He made some excellent suggestions and told me when I was ready he would come back and do the plumbing. In October of 2018 Jim returned to my house and in less than 2 Hours had my new hot water heater plumbed, pilot light lit and pipes all flushed and ready to use. Jim is a very friendly person and very good at his work.
